FAQ

How do I add a station?

Tap the + button in the mini player bar at the bottom of the screen. You'll need the direct stream URL for the station (usually an .mp3 or .aac stream URL, not a website address).

Where do I find stream URLs?

Most stations publish their stream URLs on their website under a "Listen" or "Stream" section. You can also search radio-browser.info for a station by name — the stream URL is listed in each station's details.

Why is no track information showing?

Not all stations broadcast now-playing metadata. MNML.FM tries two methods to retrieve it: reading it directly from the audio stream, and querying the Radio Browser database. If neither returns data, the track info section is hidden. This is expected behavior and not a bug.

Why did playback pause when I unplugged my headphones?

This is intentional. MNML.FM pauses when headphones are disconnected, matching standard iOS audio behavior.

Can I reorder my stations?

Yes. Long-press a station row to enter edit mode, then drag to reorder.

How do I delete a station?

Swipe left on a station row, or long-press to bring up the context menu and choose Delete.

What does the unlimited upgrade include?

The free version supports up to 3 stations. The $1.99 one-time purchase removes this limit and lets you add as many stations as you like.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Something isn't working. How do I report it?

Open an issue on GitHub with a description of the problem, your iOS version, and the steps to reproduce it. You can also email estebanherrera2+mnml@gmail.com.
